Made only from the nectar of Mustard flowers collected by tiny little Asiatic (Indian) bees. Bee boxes are kept in mustard farms so that the bees only collect the nectar from one type of flowers and hence the honey produced has the taste, fragrance, and benefits of that flower that it was extracted from.
Honey is usually prepared around 15th day from the day they start but we wait till the 45th day to extract the honey, which helps to increase the enzyme action, therefore, making it healthier, more medicinal, and tastier. We then just filter it through a humongous sieve to remove pollen and our raw honey is ready.
Benefits
It is rich in protein, fiber, vitamin C and many of the B-complex vitamins. It also has some health benefits for the body like relief from muscular pains, ringworm, and respiratory disorders and may also help in treating cancer and diabetes.
